How does the COVID-19 outbreak impact appointments/visits?
We are taking precautions to ensure a safe environment for all patients, visitors and staff.
For all in-office visits, rest assured our location is safe. We have taken significant measures to minimize the risk of the spread of COVID-19, and we have worked tirelessly to ensure our patients are protected.
Upon arrival to your appointment, you will be asked several questions regarding symptoms, potential exposure, and travel history. You will be asked to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, we will provide a new free mask for you. We also have hand sanitizer for both before and after your appointment.
For our Express No Charge Services visits including battery purchases, you will be asked to either stay behind the tape line near our front door or stay in your vehicle while we perform the Express No Charge Services listed below.
If you need repairs and/or batteries sent to you, then we can ship it to you. If you pick up repair and/or batteries at our new location, then please let us know of your arrival and either stay behind the tape line near our front door or stay in your vehicle while we bring your repair and/or batteries.
