We will reach out directly to United Healthcare to verify your exact hearing aid benefit. In addition, we will submit a claim directly to United Healthcare for your Hearing Benefit of $5,000 instead of having to pay the $5,000 up front to get reimbursed.
After we confirm your benefit and help you find the BEST hearing aid solution for you, we will file the claim with your insurance company ourselves.
