How to Replace Starkey Hear Clear Filters

Step 1: Take a Replacement Stick

Remove a new Hear Clear replacement stick from the packaging. Make sure the stick is clean and ready for use before starting the filter replacement.

Step 2: Remove the Old Filter

Insert the removal end of the stick straight into the used wax filter. Gently pull straight out to remove the old filter from the hearing aid.

Step 3: Insert the New Filter

Use the opposite end of the stick to insert the new wax filter into the hearing aid. Press gently until the filter is securely in place.

Step 4: Discard the Used Stick

Remove the tool and discard the used replacement stick. Always use a new stick for each filter change to ensure proper hygiene and performance.
